Day 04- A habit that you wish you didn’t have.
Well, that's an easy one. I wish I didn't smoke. It's a habit that is not only unhealthy, but causes discoloration of teeth, ruins your sense of smell and taste, and makes you brave the heat of outdoors when a building is smoke-free.
It's an inconvenient habit, and wastes money. Smoking doesn't do anything that you couldn't do by other means. Stress-reducer? Use a different tactic. Squeeze a ball, take deep breaths. Something to do instead of eat? Chew gum... drink a glass of water... take a walk.
Yeah, I really need to lose this habit. It's expensive :o
Another habit is the computer. I really need to learn to cut back on the time I spend on the computer.
